Make Create is happy to refund any items if your goods have been damaged in transit, or are faulty. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you change your mind. Please contact us with a description and photo of the damage before you return any items. If Make Create is satisfied that the fault occurred prior to the item being delivered to you, we will pay the shipping costs for returning the damaged or faulty item and we will pay postage costs for the new item to be delivered to you.


If you ordered incorrectly and would like a replacement, Make Create will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return. All items returned to exchange must be in original condition. Items must be returned at the expense of the buyer and any postage costs will not be refunded. Please advise us in writing within 7 business days of receipt of the item you have purchased that you require a replacement item.
